Crazy transfer already???

Image
Hello everyone!!  Well as most of you know, from my email last week, but the transfer just started and yet so many changes have happened. We got a new DL and the elders took over Feucht. My sister mentioned that I didn't clarify this in my last letter, but I'm still in Nürnberg. I was over Nürnberg and Feucht but not anymore. We were told on Friday that our DL was being ETed to Trier and 2 our Ukrainian missionaries in our zone were being sent to Poland to help with the refugees. Then we found out Elder McNiven was also being ETed up north to fill in with the other Ukrainian missionaries leaving. So now we have a completely different district then what we started with. It's been sad to see the elders leave, but I know that God has a plan.  This week is my first week as a trainer and honestly it hasn't gone half bad. I was lucky that before Sister Wallgren left, she set up lessons throughout the week. We had 3 lessons with new potential friends and they went really wel...

This week has been wild!! There's been a lot of things that have happened in such a short amount of time.  We got calls on Saturday morning and I was asked to be a Trainer. I was pretty nervous but also excited at the same time because I knew I would have the chance to see Ashton Moon and potentially train her. We also found out that I will just be over  Nürnberg . The elders will be taking it back over. I'm pretty sad to leave Feucht with all all members and our friends. But I know they will be in good hands. My comp Sister wallgren was not trunky at all haha so we didn't start packing until Monday. We grinded and tried to get everything packed. It was a fun kind of stressful time.  On Monday we had a wunder! We went to visit this lady who we go walking with. She thought our appointment was the next day and was really tired so we couldn't meet with her. We decided we would get our keys copied which we needed to do. After we did that I noticed that we wer...

The candy Sister

Moin moin! This week we started out with another Straße ausstellung. I'll be honest I wasn't too excited for it. Last time Was freezing and we didn't really have very much success. But this time we had more members there and the weather was a lot better. One thing I've learned is that when the weather is nice, Germans are a lot nicer. So it was a good day, we had a lot of good talks with people and even gave out a few Books of Mormon. Towards the end, I noticed this family. The little kids would point to our stand because we had candy. The mother told them that they couldn't come over to the stand because they're muslim and don't believe in Jesus Christ. I saw this encounter and went over and asked if the kids wanted candy. The 2 kids eagerly nodded their heads yes. I brought the candy bowl over to them and let them pick two. Their mother Was really appreciative. I learned that day how important it is to serve others the way Christ served them.  This week ...

Bracelets and a heart full of love

Hello All! This week was a bit different to say the least haha. There are 2 young adult converts here that just broke. So this week was spent trying to help them both and counsel them a little bit. That's something I didn't expect I would do on my mission: counseling people about their break up haha. It's been good though and I feel honored that they have that good of a relationship with the missionaries.  We also saw many miracles this week. We went street contacting and prayed before that we would have the gift of discernment and know who we should talk to. We got about 3 people's Numbers. 1 Was from a guy who recognized us from our Deutsch learning course that we do. We set up a lesson for the next day and sadly he's not very interested but he referred us to his friend. So I know there's still a reason why we had to talk to him. The other was one that Sister Barden and I contacted but then lost communication with. I know that there are no accidents and we n...

The temple in German!!

Howdy howdy! This week has been crazy but also so good! We found out last week about the Russian and Ukraine war and so all of the missionaries had to go out and get a 5 day emergency kit. In case anything happens or if the power goes out. Since I Russia is in Charge of 40% of Germany's power. We also found out that a lot of members from Ukraine and coming to Germany. In fact the Stake President from Kiev is staying in our Feucht apartment. So we had to quickly clean up everything and move all of my stuff out so they can move in. So rip to the nice apartment, it will be missed.... We had 2 amazing Austausches with the STL's from Würzburg! They're are so sweet and I learned a lot about how I can improve my teaching and be involved in lessons even though I'm quiet. We had crazy bad luck with trains and got there super late due to us missing our train. On the way back we also almost missed the train, but we arrived just in time.  We've also made 2 new friends this we...
