Faith, trust, and pixie dust

 Yo yo it's lunch time!!

I miss high school musical haha. Transfer news cane in and sister cooley and i are staying together in friedrichsdorf!! I'm so excited and am ready to see a lot of miracles happen in this area. I also found out that i am a grandma of 2 new greenies (the 2 people i trained are now also training someone else). I guess i officially count as old on the mission haha.
This week has taught me a lot about faith and following the spirit. Finding new people to teach has been kind of a struggle. I just want to find people and be able to share my testimony with them. We've had some great conversations on the street, but the people usually don't want to meet up again or have any interest. It's hard for me to see the wheels turning in their head and truly listening to what we have to say, but then thinking it's enough. But I've come to realize that the lord puts those people into my path for a reason, they needed to hear about the gospel. Maybe they aren't ready now, but they'll be able to remember the conversation we had and the feelings they felt. He's been teaching me patience and how to rely on his timing.
A crazy experience was yesterday, we were on our way to district counsel when this woman ahead of us asks if we're the missionaries. She's a newly baptized member of 2 years from "The Ohio." She is in Germany for a work Trip and traveled all the way to friedrichsdorf alone instead of going to Heidelberg with her group just so she could see the temple. She didn't realize that the temple has weird hours and was closed. She about burst into tears. She was cold, wet from the rain, exhausted from jet lag, and now realized that the travel was all for not. Sister Cooley and I just felt for her and so we invited her to our district counsel where she could dry off, get warm, and have some food. She gave us great advice from her own conversion story, which was to let the investigator teach you when you go back to Review. She's an awesome missionary and showed me that I can be a missionary without a name tag which was an answer to my prayers. After we gave her a tour of the temple. The temple worker were so nice and were willing to pull strings for her to have her appointment in the temple. She was too exhausted so instead we helped put her on a train and got her back to Heidelberg. As she pulled away I felt like a mom seeing my oldest off to college, man parenting is hard. Is was such a wonderful time and I saw so many little miracles and how God lined our paths perfectly with each other.
During this time we could've been grinding the streets but God cares about the one. Sister Cooley reminded me of President Monson and how he was always willing to be a messenger for the lord. I Fully believe that we were the Lord's messenger for this lady. It taught me a lot about being in the perfect place at the perfect time and ministering to the one.
Today for pday we went to the temple again which is always a blessing. I love the temple and there's just something different about listening to it in German. I always learn something new every time. Then we went to the christmas markets in Frankfurt which are to Die for. Germany truly knows how to celebrate Christmas and I'm not complaining one bit. I love you all so much and please let me know if there's anything I have to bring back from Germany!
