This past Saturday we had game night. We

Had some of our friends there and we just play different games. We even had our less active member Jordi there. He was baptized a year ago but is completely inactive now. He doesn't have a testimony at all anymore and we're positive he wasn't exactly ready for baptism. We invited him to game night but he was nervous because being in the church would make him emotional and remember those feelings. But we explained that that's the exact reason why you need to come. He did and had a fun time. We even said the closing prayer at the end. It was really successful and fun. We played Wizard which has now become one of my favorite card games.
Karim came to church with us on Sunday! He said he liked it and thought the members were really nice. He's already in 2 Nephi and reads whenever he has spare time. He already knows the church is true but is wanting to learn as much as he can. He also has mentioned that God speaks to him when he reads and has learned that God really is there for him. My only worry is the language barrier. German is his second language and he agrees with everything we teach him. He's so quick to believe and I'm hoping it's because he really foes have a testimony and isn't just jumping into everything. I think that's what we're going to focus is asking lots of questions to see how much he really understands.
Sadly this week we also offended some Germans. We had a dinner appointment on Sunday with a less active member. We thought it was at 18 but it turns our it was at 16. We got a text from an active member who's related to this family and told us that we left them waiting for an hour and a half. We felt so bad that we mixed up the times. I don't know why but army time is hard when you've grown up with American time. I'm always saying the time wrong. But we went back and brought them American chocolate chip cookies and they appreciated them. So I think we're out of the dog house hopefully. I find it so interesting that there aren't any chocolate chips here so no one knows what they are or if they do they know they're very American. I always grew up thinking they were international cookies.
We found another friend this week his name is Nicholas. We talked to him in the Bahnhof and got his number. We texted him later that night and he told us he wanted to meet up and talk more. We did and it went so well. He's originally from Ghana but has lived in Germany for a few  years. He's super spiritual and he's been searching for the right church. Everything he brings up is something we talk about in our church. So I'm excited and see a lot of potential in him.
Today we went to a castle! It's called the Schloss Drachenburg. It was super cool and I felt like I was living in the pride and prejudice time. The view was amazing. We went with our STLs and had a fun time with them. The Germany castles are so pretty and I'll make sure to include lots of pictures.
This week flew by and I'm so happy to finally start seeing success. The elders have a baptism this weekend so that's fun and I found out today that someone I was teaching in Nürnberg is on baptism date! This is a great work and I'm so glad to be a part of it.
Love you all!
